The idea
A donut shop that bakes everything.
Donut Hut is a local donut shop in San Juan Capistrano offering coffee, tea, and boba smoothies alongside donuts, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, freshly baked croissants, bagels, muffins, danishes, strudel, and pound cake — all made fresh, starting before sunrise.
Behind the standard glaze and old fashion sits a rotating case of specialty shapes — hand-drizzled stars, whipped-cream eclairs, and seasonal sprinkles — built by an owner who’s in before the sun most mornings.
What we believe

Up Before Sunrise
Doors open at 2 AM, and the owner is already in — donuts fried and iced fresh, hours before most of San Juan Capistrano wakes up.
